About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the IT and Telecom sectors. They are providing a portfolio of solutions which fit for both local enterprise and SME. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Project Consultant/Presales to work closely with the Sales team on upcoming projects
Responsibility
- Understand the needs of potential clients to provide technical solutions and consultation according to their requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and consultation on technical support and solution to achieve company's goals
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
- Prepare solution proposals, presentation and scope of work to meet business & functional requirements and customers' needs.
- Support new technology implementation and provide assistance with technical issues
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' working experience in project management or IT industries
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and networking
- With an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
