About The Client
Our client is a well-established IT company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Technical Consultant (Salesforce) to join their project team.
Job Description
- Design and implement salesforce CRM projects
- Responsible for project kick-off, requirement meeting, system configuration, UAT, pre-production and post-launch support
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design to ensure the alignment
- Understand the pain point, design and prioritize the development and integration task
- Liaise with clients to review and update both business process and project progress
- Work closely with development and project team to review development progress and ensure the project deliverables
- Coach junior consultant and prepare end-user training
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working in CRM implementation and support
- Experience in Salesforce is a must
- Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C# and SQL
- Familiar with handling technical requirement specifications and UAT
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Good command in English and Chinese
