Our client is a young and energetic fast growing blockchain company with an aggressive plan and presence in their pipeline. With their continuous aspiration and vision to develop new technology and innovation, they are seeking for a Technical Lead or CTO to join the company

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, your primary responsibilities will be leading the developers and engineers in designing and auditing smart contracts written in Ethereum and other emerging smart contract languages. As a team lead, you will contribute to other engineering work adjacent to smart contract work, such as APIs, libraries, and indexing services. You will work with a technical architect to design the high level solution, reviewing pull requests, and leveraging your methodology and technical expertise to help your team during focused problem solving sessions. Within the project team, you will establish your credibility and lead the team through project phases by demonstrating outstanding technical judgement, advocating the benefits of agile methodology.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Someone who thrives in a start-up environment
  • Experienced in multiple Blockchain Decentralised Applications
  • A strong technical and business understanding of the NFT ecosystem
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a software engineer working experience
  • Understanding of blockchain technology, NFT, metaverse
  • Experience in Blockchain / smart contract development: Solidity /Ethereum, Web3.js or Ethers.js library will be a bonus
  • Experience in deploying blockchain infrastructure
  • Experience in cryptography
  • Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
  • Good command in English and Chinese
