A NGO is looking for a Technical Officer to manage their office and retail branches
About the Role
- Report to Manager and supervise all technical matters under the organization
- Communicate with Internal stakeholders on fit-out, reinstatement and maintenance works and schedule
- Study and prepare quotation, tendering and vendor selection for maintenance and project works
- Coordinate with contractors regarding the project progress
- Monitor vendor and contractors' performance to meet organization's standard
The successful applicants
- Degree in Facility Management, Property Management or other related disciplines
- 4 years' or above of related working experience
- Professional Qualification is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent and Good communication skills
