About the client

Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer focuses on top tier commercial development in Hong Kong and China, ranging from large scale commercial complex, residential and so on. In order to maintain its premium quality of asset health, the team is ooking for a Technical Services Manager to join the team.

About the role

  • Report to Senior Technical Services Manager
  • Lead a team to accomplish various types of projects, including but not limited to maintenance, renvoation, fit-out and upgrade
  • Take a lead to prepare annual budget for repair and maintenance works purpose
  • Monitor contractors' working progress and performance to ensure the quality of work match company's standard
  • Liaise with external stakeholder (e.g. consultants, designers, government)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholder (e.g. leasing, property management) to ensure daily operation are smooth

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in renovation, A&A, fit-out works and building maintenance at commercial properties
  • Well understanding of ordinances, code of practices will be an advantage
  • Possess professional membership and qualification will be a plus (e.g. HKIS, RICS, HKIE)
  • Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS office, AutoCAD
