About the client
Our client is a leading Hong Kong based property developer with extensive asset portfolio in the Greater China Market. It strives to maintain premium quality of services to customers. In order to expand their business, they are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their team.
About the role
- Report to Head of Technical Services
- Formulate annual maintenance/ repairing/ upgrading budget
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties e.g. contractors, consultants, Government Officials
- Responsible to maintain daily operations and ensure the work progress is smooth and on track
- Monitor and supervise in house frontline staff, contractors and consultants to achieve company's standard
- Responsible for energy management and implement energy conservation to reduce the cost and provide sustainable environment
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8 years solid experience in maintaining commercial buildings or shopping malls
- Professional Qualification is a must e.g. HKIE, IMechE
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving and resourceful
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
