Our client is a reputable organisation in Hong Kong, currently hiring a Training Program Manager, responsible for managing the technical training program and developing training framework for the organisation.
About the Role
- Oversee and monitor training and development program for technical employee
- Plan, establish, and implement the technical training programme for the organisation, designs, develops the implementation of the career development strategy
- Implementing the trianing curriculum in compliance with standards set by the qualification framework
- Design the framework and planning resources to support trainers for coaching and to support staff professional growth
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders including external vendors, senior management, internal development team for training needs, effectiveness and progress
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With more 10 years of experience in technical training or related discipline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
