About The Client
Our client is an international renowned retail with stores in Hong Kong and they are looking for Technology Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive new digital solutions to enhance user experience in eCommerce platform
- Lead retail POS system setup, integration and enhancement projects
- Technology selection and establish implementation roadmap
- Project management from project positioning, planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor selection to launch
- Gather and analyse business requirement, and transform to technical specification
- Work closely with stakeholders, internal team and external vendor to align requirements and ensure smooth implementation of systems
- Provide and advise in-store IT solution optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in retail or e-Commerce industries and 1 year in managerial position
- Hands-on experience in POS system and digital commerce platform implementation is required
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Knowledge in ERP/warehouse/inventory system operation is an absolute advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, great individual contributor and ability to build team
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
