Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operation of the school, including day-to-day management, resource planning and facility management
- Provide support service in facilities management including air-conditioning system, electrical supplies, fire services, security and safety system etc.
- Liaise with external parties to facilitate the repair and maintenance services for school premises and facilities
- Provide procurement and administration support for transformation and funding projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Facility Management or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant experience in facilities management or education industry
- Familiar with building services regulations is an advantage
- Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
