Job Description
Our Client is seeking a driven and experienced Temporary Recruiter to join the in-house recruitment team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates for various roles, including software engineers, developers, data analysts, and IT support staff.
- Actively source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and facilitating meetings with hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain detailed records of the recruitment pipeline and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the IT recruitment industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills required for various technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, databases, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:15 am - 5:30pm
