Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, journal entries and document filing
- Perform Balance Sheet accounts breakdown and analysis every month
- Prepare monthly intercompany balances reconciliation
- Prepare timely & accurate monthly financial and management reports
- Support royalty process and daily royalty administrative work
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts
- Provide any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Qualified/Semi-qualified Accountant of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent professional body
- Experience of data analysis with the ability to analyse complex information and present in a concise format
- High proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel in particular
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision, Hyperion and SAP will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well verse in accounting standards and taxation knowledge
