Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily finance operations and handle month-end closing
- Prepare financial reports and schedules as requested by management and Head Office
- Review inventory, maintain standard costs in system and prepare related schedules
- Ensure company polices and guidelines are adhered and comply with SOX requirement
- Liaise with external auditors for local audit and tax advisers for tax filing
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualification
- Final stage / Qualified accountant with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
- At least 5 years solid accounting experience in commercial / international audit firm, preferably in FMCG market
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX
- Knowledge and experience in using OneStream and ERP system such as Oracle is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Regional communication experience is a bonus
- Self-motiviated, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is a huge advantage
