Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial, human resources and administrative support
  • Coordinate and manage meeting schedule and appointments
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Support Company evnts
  • Perform clerical and filing duties
  • Update employees data
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Science or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 years secretary, administration of relevant experience
  • Responsible, self-initiated and well-organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
