- Assist in all-found HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation and benefits administration and staff mobility
- Maintain company's HRIS and staff database
- Analyse data and prepare reports timely and accurately
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances
- At least 1-2 years' all-round human resources work experience in a multinational sizable company
- Able to work independently in a fast pace working environment
- Great team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
