Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all rounded HR Generalist duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and daily operations
- Support payroll functions including monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B matters
- Handle on/off boarding process and maintenance of HRIS records
- Handle recruitment activities such as job fairs and seminars, etc.
- Communicate with Law Society of Hong Kong and other external service providers
- Manage local and overseas lawyers' practising certificate applications and liaise with the regulatory bodies as required
- Perform other ad hoc HR duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, English, Translation, or other related disciplines
- 4-5 years law firm or human resources experience
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Familiar with HRIS
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Emloyment Ordinance
