Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the marketing events
- Liaise and coordinate with external service providers
- Analyse data collected from surveys and develop reports with insights that can enhance customer satisfaction
- Support internal communication events
- Providing administrative support to the team on day-to-day liaison with internal and external parties;
- performing any ad-hoc or special projects assigned by the Authority
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources or other related discipline
- 1-2 years Event and Marketing or Human Resources experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Familiar with MS office
