Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support all procurement activities related to the regional office Hong Kong, including plastic components and Electronics
- Formulate master agreements and supply agreements
- Conduct ongoing procurement market research, in particular identifying new sources
- Monitor price budgeting and responsible field
- Secure product availability of the external suppliers, material disposition and responsible for DIH (stock level of the responsible raw materials/ finished goods)
- Cooperate closely with external suppliers regarding production and capacity planning
- Handle cost optimisation and Project work
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related disciplines
- 3-4 years of procurement experience
- Sourcing experience APAC region, especially in China
- Strong technical understanding, especially in the field of injection molding is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (especially Excel), SAP R3 module MM
- Fluent spoken and written business English and Chinese
