Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle to provide full support and execute on Retail stores
- Drive and Implement of talent acquisition initiatives (e.g. in-store recruitment day) to support daily operations of retail stores
- Execute a professional & brand building experience through all recruitment inititatives
- Prepare Recruitment related reports
- Performs any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related disciplines
- Minimun 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail or agency experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and communications skill
- Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
