Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the hiring managers to attract and identify the right candidates
- Work closely with departments to understand their hiring needs
- Support end to end recruitment processes from developing job details to onboarding arrangement
- Support other recruitment activities
- Recommend necessary actions to departments in maintaining company attractiveness
- Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Psychology, or other related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience focus on recruitment aspect
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Proactive and good team player
- Proficient in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficient computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
