Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding process to ensure the hiring needs are met
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
  • Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role
  • Share meaningful market intelligence with management to ensure market competitiveness
  • Gather and analyse recruitment data to management
  • Act as the brand ambassador and manage candidate communications
  • Support other ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience - ideally recruiting F&B and Hospitality candidates
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related disciplines
  • Passionate about a service-based and people-oriented profession
  • Ability to deal with all levels of people with different cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills
