Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding process to ensure the hiring needs are met
- Develop job descriptions and specifications
- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role
- Share meaningful market intelligence with management to ensure market competitiveness
- Gather and analyse recruitment data to management
- Act as the brand ambassador and manage candidate communications
- Support other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience - ideally recruiting F&B and Hospitality candidates
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related disciplines
- Passionate about a service-based and people-oriented profession
- Ability to deal with all levels of people with different cultural backgrounds
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills
