About the Client
An industry leading and innovative organization with continuous growth across Hong Kong is now seeking for dynamic individual to join them as the Total Rewards Lead.
About the Role
- Drive wide range of compensation and benefits programs to meet business strategies and objectives
- Assist to drive C&B initiatives, including provide input to the design and development of pay bands, title and grading alignment, short-term and long-terms incentives
- Manage end-to-end implementation of benefits insurance renewal
- Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus process etc.
- Periodic review and recommend improvements for policies, guidelines and system process to ensure compliance and to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee the payroll and benefits operations
- Keep abreast of market intelligence to assure the competitiveness with the market
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management with a minimum 15 years of HR experience with focus in C&B management and operations preferably in a fast moving environment
- Experience in the design and implementation of C&B policies / procedures will be an advantage
- Good business acumen with strong in data management and figures
- High attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced user in cloud base HR systems
- A good team player with excellence interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
