About the Client
Our client is a well-established and sizable corporation within Conglomerate sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Total Rewards Manager.
About the role
- Design, implement, and manage total rewards processes, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business and HR strategies
- Coordinate and plan the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation, benefits, pensions, and equity programs
- Assist in the development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies to support total rewards initiatives
- Continuously enhance total rewards systems, tools, and processes by designing and implementing effective procedures, systems requirements, reports, policies, and other supporting resources on a global scale
- Manage relationships with relevant total rewards suppliers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient services
- Serve as a specialist in one or more HR processes, staying up-to-date with best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements, and conducting benchmark analyses
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR, leadership, and employees regarding total rewards matters on a day-to-day basis
- Establish and cultivate relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to support the company's total rewards objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gained from sizable and well-established corporation
- Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Experience working in the professional services, financial institures / banking industry is a big advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
