About the Client
Our client is a leading and well-established FMCG organization operating in Hong Kong and China. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to further develop the tobacco business for China market.
About the Role
- Develop marketing strategies and define the guidelines for operations planning
- Plan and roll-out trade programs to promote the brand strategy in China
- Review market intelligence and integrate the research findings to the business
- Implement channel strategy to further enhance brand visibility and availability
- Closely follow and review marketing strategies
- Build and maintain a long-term business relationship with existing sales channels and business partners
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or any related business disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of Marketing & Trade Channel Management experience within the FMCG sector
- Marketing candidates from the tobacco industry will be an advantage, open to other FMCG profiles
- High mobility and ability to travel up frequently
- Numerically sensitive and strong in business planning
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
