About the Client

Our client is a leading and well-established FMCG organization operating in Hong Kong and China. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to further develop the tobacco business for China market.

About the Role

  • Develop marketing strategies and define the guidelines for operations planning
  • Plan and roll-out trade programs to promote the brand strategy in China
  • Review market intelligence and integrate the research findings to the business
  • Implement channel strategy to further enhance brand visibility and availability
  • Closely follow and review marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain a long-term business relationship with existing sales channels and business partners


  • Degree holder in Marketing or any related business disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of Marketing & Trade Channel Management experience within the FMCG sector
  • Marketing candidates from the tobacco industry will be an advantage, open to other FMCG profiles
  • High mobility and ability to travel up frequently
  • Numerically sensitive and strong in business planning
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
