Job Description
Our client is a well-established FMCG company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive sales for their food and beverages segments in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Lead the trade marketing team to drive the business
- Work closely with the Sales Team to create and execute strategic promotional marketing programs and ensure achievement of goals
- Work closely with internal marketing team and creative team to develop all in-store promotion materials in alignment with overall promotion and sales strategies
- Monitor evaluate efficiency of promotion campaigns and adjust strategies to cater changing market needs
- Manage A&P budget to ensure marketing spending is related to the target volume, provide forecast to improve financial visibility
- Create and execute strategies aimed at hitting company's targets and also maximizing the opportunity on the product range under company's portfolio.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 8 years marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in team management
- Highly self-driven and cooperate with other teams to achieve goals
- Strong influencing, innovative, creativeness, and able to adapt change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
