About the Role
- Plan, formulate and develop product training materials and training programs
- Provide product training to centre frontline employees
- Conduct and review assessment on training program
- Lead the development of training best practices and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in beauty or medical aesthetics
- Strong people management skills and communication skills
- Independent, a good team player, proactive and strong sense of responsibility
