About the Client
Our client is leading US listed pharmaceutical company with innovative sblockbuster drugs in different specialty therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology and cardiology. To cope with their expansion plans in Asia, they are now inviting a Training Manager to join them.
About the Role
Reporting to Regional Training Head, you are responsible for developing training plans and conducting training to country level Sales & Marketing team to maximize sales growth and improve customer service. You will work closely with regional training team to create specific training materials and tools as well as full spectrum of education activities catering the local market.
Requirements
- University graduate with a major in Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' sales or commercial excellence working at a pharmaceutical company, or prior experience in corporate or sales training is preferred
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and influential skills
- Independent, result-driven, and being able to adapt to a dynamic working culture
