Our client is a marketing leading telecommunication company with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Training Officer to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the team manager, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for all newly joined customer officers. You will also possess in-depth knowledge on system operations and sound understanding of working procedures in accordance with various services and products, in order to plan and run various training class on sales techniques and programs.
* Diploma graduates or above
* 2+ years of solid experience in call centre and training role
* Previous experience in the field of telecom is preferred
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
* Service-oriented, customer focused and detail minded
