About our Client
Our client is an international cosmetics / skincare brand with strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Training Specialist to join the Travel Retail team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Travel Retail Training Manager, you will identify training needs, prepare and deliver classroom and field trainings including orientation, product training, soft skills, management skills to targeted travel retail staff. You will prepare and localize training materials and communicate the brand concept and the standard of customer service to the team. You will support mystery shopper programs. You will manage and update the e-learning platform and incorporate e-learning in deliveries. You will evaluate training results and prepare post-training reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of training experience in Makeup / Beauty brands
- Makeup knowledge is needed
- Creative, customer-centric, detail-oriented and organized
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
