Our client is a leading IT&T market leader providing a diverse range of personal service. Due to exciting changes and growth in the business, they are now seeking for a Travel Consultant to support the new team.
Travel Consultant (Total Package $20-$25K)
Responsibility
- Handling inbound enquiries on ticketing and reservation in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent service experience via phone and emails;
- Promote the company's products and services through cross-selling or up-selling approach if needed;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
- Must know global distribution system (GDS), such as Amadeus
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience, relevancy to sales support function would be an advantage
