About our Client
Our client is a luxury Skincare company and is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join their Travel Retail team as a Regional Training Manager to oversee the retail training programs of the Southeast Asia region.
About the Role
- Plan and execute training programs for TR division focus on Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines markets
- Deliver in-store coaching and assess the results
- Organise and conduct classroom training program independently
- Ensure training programs and all training materials are aligned with the company training direction
- Evaluate existing training programs by reviewing performance and communicating with the TR vendors as well as own management
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Around 50% of travel is needed
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years solid experience in retail training preferable in Beauty & Luxury Goods
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Pro-active, resourceful and result-oriented
- Southeast Asia regional exposure is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in delivering training and coaching to frontline sales team
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, i.e. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Chinese word processing
