Our Client
Our client is a well-known distribution company that specializes in consumer fashion accessories, they are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their Distribution Centre.
The Role
Reporting to Assistant Operation Manager, you will be joining a dynamic team and lead them towards productivity target.
- Monitor and lead team-member to handle day-to-day warehouse operations
- Oversee 30-40 staffs and organize their work duties to ensure the warehouse running smoothly
- Make sure the accuracy in each deliveries with SOP
- Manage order processing from picking, packing and delivery to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Perform material check by using SAP system
- Reply and send inquiries email to service and material provider
- Set up policies to supervise warehouse operation process, plan and execute new procedure to improve productivity
- Manage good relationship with both internal and external parties
- Assist the warehouse manager in ad-hoc duties
- Work location in Tung Chung, Airport
Requirement
The successful candidate is required to have the following qualities:
- F.5/ DSE or above with 5-year experience in Warehouse Coordinator/ Warehouse Officer/ Shipping Coordinator
- Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in SAP and WMS is an highly advanced
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Word
