About our client
Our client is a renowned retail group with a global-level presence. With the vision to perform digitalization, they are now seeking a Unified Communications Specialist to join their team.
About the role
- Working with the regional IT team to act as the internal SME on the Unified Communications transformation project
- Researching and proposing effective and suitable solutions with reference to the internal requirements of business and technical aspects
- Performing L2/3 technical support and troubleshooting to escalated issues on Unified Communication
- Assisting with project and vendor management on relevant technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in regional-scale data center/networking/telecommunication
- Sound knowledge of unified communications/mobile telephony solutions (e.g., Cisco Unified Message system, Teams, Avaya, etc.)
- Expereience in networking and relevant technologies, such VPN, IPS, SD WAN, switches, VoIP, etc.
- Familiar with cloud environments is a plus
- Holder of CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
- Good command of Cantonese and English
