About Our Client
Our client is a Chinese insurance conglomerate with major business in reinsurance, life insurance and asset management. To cope with rapid expansion, they are now looking for Unit Managers to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Branch Manager, you will provide all-rounded financial solutions and insurance products to clients, including life and health insurance, saving plans, wealth management, asset allocation, or other investment. You will build and maintain good business relationships with potential clients and provide professional advice and services. You will manage your team's performance, as well as responsible for recruiting new team members for expansion.
Requirement
- Diploma holder or above from all discipline
- Mature, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
- Experience in banking industry will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
