About the company
Our client is a well-established international banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a User Experience Manager for their Product and Innovation department.
About the role
Reporting to the Session Head of Product and Innovation, you are responsible for conducting customer research and developing creative user features aiming at enhancing customer experience. By understanding customer needs, you are required to take lead in transforming conceptual ideas into interactive or digital product design. You will also work closely with Business, Technical and external vendors in launching product / service / workflow enhancement projects to improve satisfaction level in customer journey.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Degree holder, preferably in art & design, Creative Media or other related disciplines.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in customer journey, UX or UI design in consumer / service industry.
- Good knowledge in design software and proficient in HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
- Strong business sense, good problem solving and project management skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
