About The Client
Our client is one of the leading banks that strives for the business to go agile and digital. As part of the business and HR strategy, they are seeking for a Vice President, Human Resources to oversee, lead and manage the departmental risk and compliance matters.

About The Role
The role will act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of HR audit, risks, compliance and regulatory requirements by working in close partnership with the HR team and regulators in managing HR Control Self-assessment, to resolve business risks and challenges. Responsibilities include:

- Identify all potential HR operational risks
- Design, develop, implement and drive relevant HR risk management policies, programmes and strategies
- Coordinate with different HR CoE to conduct Control Self-Assessment
- Manage licensing function and formulate control measures meeting regulatory requirements
- Support all business continuity management activities - policies and plans
- Conduct internal checks and support audits activities
- Manage regulatory reporting
- Share operational risks management and compliance best practices with the team and line managers

Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in HR audit, risk and/or compliance within banking sector
- Able to understand and articulate business objectives, risks and dependencies
- Possess the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate relevant and complex information clearly and accurately
- Ability to assess risks & identify pragmatic solutions in the context of conflicting demands
- Self-motivator and team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
