About The Client
Our client is a well-established luxury group. To cope with business expansion and talent strategy, they are currently hiring a Vice President - Internal Communications & Talent Brand as part of the People (HR) Leadership team.

About The Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will have global responsibility over Internal Communications and Talent Brand/Employer Brand functions. The role is highly cross functional and will be a key partner to the Group leadership and many team members across the business. The role requires a high-impact leader with a rich blend of experiences, across a range of companies at varied stages of growth and maturity; a leader who knows what great looks like (from an employee experience perspective) in a scaled organisation.

- Serve as the conduit between HR and Global Internal Communications team
- Provide strategic counsel as the lead communications business partner to senior leadership team
- Develop change and communication plans by writing key messages, establishing timelines and recommending deliverables jointly with HR and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Execute communications that resonate - derived from change and communication plans - partnering closely with key internal stakeholders across the function and across the business
- Coordinate planning and execution of executive communications, including town halls, LiveChats, videos, and other communication vehicles
- Create and schedule integrated HR content to feed the internal communication channels, including intranet, emails, newsletter content, internal social feeds, and presentations
- Own HR internal social channel, posting regularly and offering guidance to HR leadership and employees

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- 15+ years' experience in Internal Communications
- Demonstrated experience with organisation change management and HR communications required
- Ability to be creative on a deadline
- Ability to be agile and handle several projects at once
- Adept at leading by influence when working with multiple stakeholders and high-level executives
- Exceptional writing, editing and research skills required
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
