Our client is a banking platform currently trying to go 'digital' and enhance customer experience. They are now hiring a seasoned HR Business Partner with 12+ years experience in retail banking or technology companies to join. Start-up exposure will be a plus.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior Management team, you will lead and drive the HR function in line with business objectives and company direction to go digital and enhancing customer experience. You will be well-versed with latest Fintech or virtual banking trends, and help setting up the HR function and overseeing all areas including HR policy and procedures, manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and talent management. You will work closely with business leaders also regulatory bodies as the HR advisor on people-related matters and ensure existing HR practices are in compliance to local legislation.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum 12+ years experience preferably from retail banking, fintech or technology businesses. Prior start up experience will be a definite advantage. You will demonstrate the flexibility working in a start-up and fast paced environment, also strong multi-tasking skills managing range of ad hoc projects. You will also be tech-savvy and with passion in latest fintech happenings, also a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to ensure the business brings in enhanced customer satisfaction. English and Chinese will be required for this role.
