About the company
Our client is a well-known international retail banking group in HK. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a VP for their Internal Communications for their CEO Office.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Communications of CEO Office, you are responsible for developing and issuing internal communications content on staff and management communications. You have to lead initiatives and prepare materials for various company events, including speech, presentations, townhalls, leadership sessions aiming at enhancing engagement of employees. You will plan and support corporate communications for both local and group levels on social media channels such as Facebook, intranet, IG, blog, news etc. You are requested to work closely with businesses to increase brand awareness and corporate image. In addition, you need to evaluate the result of various internal events and suggest sound communications solutions to strengthen stakeholders' relationships for the bank.
The successful applicant:
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Communications, Journalism or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in communications in sizable financial firms or MNCs.
- Good knowledge in managing social media channels in communications is required.
- Sound experience in stakeholder management and employee engagement is essential.
- Multi-tasking, excellent presentation skills and able to work independently.
- Native in spoken & written English is a must and preferably with good Chinese language ability (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidates with banking experience is a plus.
