About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading HK listed property developer in Mainland China with multiple residential and commercial projects. To further expand their portfolio, they are looking for a VP Investment to setup a brand new real estate fund.
About The Role
Reporting to the CFO and CEO, you will be the pioneer in the PE fund setup with fund raising responsibility and looking at potential investment projects. You will take the initiation in the property market research in the Greater Bay Area followed by due diligence and potential project negotiation. You should take part in the Investor Relations of the PE fund when it reaches fund raising stage.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Finance, Economics or related subjects with accreditation in CFA or CPA. You should have at least 12 years of relevant experience from the buy side or REITs or property developers with good sense of market knowledge. Experience in real estate fund setup is a must and a good command of English and Mandarin.
