Our client is a successful telecom brand with solid foundation in the market. They are looking for a senior marketer to head up their sizable team overseeing various functions.
About the Job
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for devising annual marketing plan to achieve the business goals. Performing as the business driver, you will strategize the competitive product offerings, pricing, and sales channels. You will manage an experienced data and CRM team to translate the business opportunity from the insights and market trend and recommend the right approach to attract the targeted customers. In addition to the through the line marketing, you will strengthen the digital presence for the brand, improve the brand proposition in the younger segment. As an all-rounded management member, you will lead a team focusing on upsell, cross sell and CX to increase the sales generation from retention plans and loyalty programs. It is an integrated marketing role, and you will manage a multiple of areas which contribute simultaneously to the business growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, and other related disciplines
- 15+ years sales & marketing experience from IT&T
- Track record in pricing, product offer and digital marketing
- Knowledge in CRM, customer acquisition and retention, and data
- Executive presence and an strong leadership to lead a big team
- Numerical, result driven, creative and game changer
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
