Our client is an industry leader in Hong Kong who leads ongoing digital innovation and technology to transform their business. The company has an enviable record of success and they are now further expanding their business in different arenas. While already possessing a strong market position, they are looking to recruit a VP of Technology in Innovation to cope with their expansion.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM and leading a sizeable team, you are responsible to coordinate and drive IT adoption and devevlop new initiatives across businesses. As a team leader, you need to execute on strategic and operational transformation initiatives, ranging from digital business transformation strategy to process improvement and ensure alignment between business and functional leaders to create a strong linkage between the business case and transformation execution. You will drive partners' engagements leading to e-solutions and showcase references of how cloud technologies, analytics and e-platforms can enhance customer experience through digital transformation and innovation. In addition, you will need to define the overall organizational change enablement strategy and lead efforts for each facet of organizational change, including but not limited to executive alignment, stakeholder communication, change impact management, adoption tracking and management, and value realization. Lastly, you will measure and report on key performance indicators; use data, analytics and insights to enable evidence-based approach and continuously assess and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Computing Engineering, Statistics or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation in multiple industries small and large scale projects, performance consulting, and/or organization development
  • Extensive knowledge of learning and organizational development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent relationship building skills with ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Learning agility which would facilitate the acquisition and application of new practices and information in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command in Chinese
