Our banking client with stable work environment and steady growth, is looking for a VP, Talent Development to join the team.
About the Role
- In accordance to the Group strategy and talent development agenda, continuously enhance and review the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools
- Manage various leadership & talent development projects for succession planning in an end-to-end manner
- Keep abreast with the latest leadership and change development trends and methodologies with various training organizations, consultants, tertiary institutions, etc.
- Participate and facilitate cultural change and organizational development projects and activities
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in training and talent development, ideally with banking background/ sizeable corporation
- Solid experience in managing leadership, management training and culture change initiatives, interpreting and debriefing psychometric assessments are preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English and Cantonese
