About Our Client
Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer, due to the business expansion plan, they are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure the standard requirements are met
- Maintain and updates the accurate stock and inventory record to ensure the system data is up-to-date
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the warehouse operations
- Analysis performance, and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Review the warehouse operations performance with providing suggestions and improvement plans
- Handle and conduct tender process with contract renewal in compliance with company policies
- Prepare and conduct annual budget plans and reports
- Maintain and enhance the warehouse system to ensure the requirements are met
- Handle ad-hoc project as required
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience in leading a warehouse operation team, preferably with experience in F&B industry
- Experience in logistics tender and rate negotiation with service providers is preferable
- Experience in MS Office, ERP or any supply chain software solutions is preferable
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
