Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer in Hong Kong with a world class production facilities in Hong Kong and China. The team is hiring a Warehouse Operation Manager to manage a self own warehouse of over 200,000 sq.ft in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Reports to Head of Warehouse & Transportation, monitor over 30 subordinates daily performance
- Oversee the operations, Inbound & Outbound (Store replenishment delivery)
- Monitor warehouse space allocation
- Providing high services quality to internal customers
- Subordinates Arrangement
- Recruiting, Training & Job Duties allocation
- Distribution Centre Management
- Maintain health & safety standard
- Ensure all working procedures are reviewed on regular basis
- Monitor routine process performed in efficiency and accuracy way
- Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport or other related disciplines
- 8+ years related experience in warehouse which in beverage industry is preferred
- Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently & capable of working under pressure and meet deadline
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
