About the Company
Our client is a market leading multinational beauty group. To cope with business expansion plans they are currently in search for a Wholesale Excellence Manager to oversee the business strategies of each individual brand retailed by the Key Account in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Acting as the account handler and reporting to the Sales Development Director, you will be responsible for the overall account development and collaboration efficiency through serving as the middle person between the Key Account and the MNC beauty Group. You will prepare and present strategic road-map to define areas of opportunities and challenges by leveraging analytics and research, and work closely with Corporate Retail team to coordinate and execute corporate initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Brand Education Manager for each respective brand to recommend & drive the most effective retail actions on training and client satisfaction projects. On a regular basis, you will be expected to conduct store visits and communicate with both Shopping Malls and other Trade Partners to explore marketing & promotion opportunities for the Group.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimal of 7 years of wholesale / Key Account Management experience
- Proven track record of success with any multinational luxury beauty label
- Experience in multi-brand management is highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholders management and ability to resolve conflict with customer-focused mindset
- Meticulous and independent character with strong organizational and planning ability
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent activities
- Proven experience in developing business plans and analyzing market trends
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (any other spoken languages will be an advantage)
- Retail Management experience preferred but not essential
