Recruitment has been my lifelong passion, a fire that has been burning brightly for over two decades. It all began in 1997, when I first entered this industry at a time when recruitment was still a very new and emerging field.

It all began in 1997, when I first entered this industry at a time when recruitment was still a very new and emerging field. Prior to this, I had spent 9 years at PwC, following my parents' wishes. However, I discovered that my true passion lies in the adventure and people-oriented nature of recruitment.
Leveraging my expertise in finance, I started off in finance roles, but gradually expanded into various commercial functions, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. After two decades of dedicated service at Michael Page, I decided to embark on a new pioneering challenge by joining KOS, with the goal of helping to build Asia's leading recruitment firm.
Outside of my work in the talent acquisition and talent planning industry, which continues to captivate me with its endless fascination, opportunities, and challenges, I am a devoted family person who cherishes the opportunity to spend quality time with my loved ones, often through the joy of travel.
