Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and preparation of monthly reports.
  • Assist operational business units with accounting and reporting-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures.
  • Assis in daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, cheque issuance, expense claims, inter-company reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Less experience candidates with strong communication skills will be considered

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
