  • Provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to the frontline retail operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails
  • Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues
  • Manage stock and perform stock count daily
  • Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Support and handle other ad-hoc assignments


  • Associate degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 1 year experience in administration, retail operations or sales administrative support
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Experience in sales order follow up with customers and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate availability is preferable
