Job Description

(Assistant) Accounting Officer (1-year contract)

  • AP/AR/GL, full set preferred
  • 1-year contract, potential to perm
  • Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day
  • Location: Quarry Bay
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting duties and operations of AP / AR / GL, hands-on experience of full-set accounting is preferable
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules and bank reconciliation statements
  • Support team to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Liaise and contact with internal and external parties for accounting or audit issue

Requirements

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
  • Responsible, detail conscious and able to multi-task
  • Proactive, self-motivated, good team player
  • Familiar with MS Office and computer operation
  • Immediate availability / Fresh graduates are welcome
