About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong renowned developer with intensive portfolio of commercial and retail properties. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Development Manager.
About the Role
- Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and market research to identify potential development opportunities.
- Review exist portfolio and rental valuations
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress updates, and reports to supervisor and management
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions related to property development.
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 3 years or above relevant working experience
- Professional Qualifications such as HKIS, RICS is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
